Putting You First

I met Brenda when my sister was house hunting. I was out on the Sunshine Coast for a visit and my sister had an appointment with  a realtor, so I tagged along. What a treat! This lady who met us treated my sister like she was something precious. She listened carefully, she repeated what she heard to make sure it was what my sister was saying. The end result was my sister found the house she was looking for and is now happily ensconced in her new home making it truly hers.

During this time, my husband and I had decided that this was the area we wanted to retire to from Alberta. We got in touch with Brenda, and over the course of the next year, she sent us hundreds of listings to look at. She asked hundreds of questions, and made hundreds of comments for us to ponder and turn over and learn from. When we asked questions that she didn’t readily have an answer for, she made sure that she could direct us to the person that did have the answer, or more often than not, she talked to the person that we needed to talk to, got the answer for us, and if we needed more information, would set up the appointment for us to go and talk to whoever we needed to talk to.

From start to finish Brenda was the consummate real estate professional…and hand holder…and psychiatrist! Because she took the time to listen to what we were really saying and because she knew what kind of questions to ask us, we were able to find our own little piece of paradise.

Without her able assistance, and her boundless knowledge of all things real estate, as well as the ins and outs of the banking industry and the expertise she has in that area, we would not have had the quality experience that we did.

As a first time house buyer, I was nervous to say the very least! I'm a 25 year old pest control technician, and I was very keen and interested in getting into the market and had managed to get a modest down payment for a home, but unfortunately had very little knowledge about the world of Real Estate.
